We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt following the instructions below, and we’ll refund via the original payment method. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt. This excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Please email us with your order number and reason for return prior to sending your order back.
Enclose the delivery note with the product, please use original packaging, but remove original labels.
You are responsible for the p&p cost for returning your order.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we would advise using a signed for service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Please allow 10 days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the PayPal account or credit/debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Refunds include the original delivery charge except where the express delivery option was chosen.
Products We Are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:
Products that have been used.
Products that smell of smoke / cooking smells etc.
Where the products are not appropriately re-packaged and are returned damaged.
Products returned after the event date provided with the order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
