We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions below, and we'll refund via the original payment method. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt. This excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Please allow 10 days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the PayPal account or credit/debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Please email us with your order number and reason for return prior to sending your order back.
Enclose the delivery note with the product, please use original packaging, but remove original labels.
You are responsible for the p&p cost for returning your order.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we would advise using a signed for service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Products We're Unable to Refund or Exchange
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
Products that have been used.
Products that smell of smoke.
Where the products are not appropriately re-packaged and are returned damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
